Brief Background


A&P Maintenance Services Pte Ltd was incorporated in August 1983 and is today one of the leading Contractors in the field of commercial cleaning today.  Our Company has an impressive track record in providing cleaning services to the commercial, industrial governmental and residential sectors in Singapore over the past twenty years.

 

We are a BCA-Registered Housekeeping, Conservancy & Cleaning Contractor (MW02-L5), which therefore authorizes us to participate in cleaning contracts of up to the value of S$10million. We are also registered with the EPPU under the Supply Heads of EPU/SER/19 and EPU/SER/30 for Service (Data Entry, Supply of Manpower) and Service (Management) respectively, both at financial limits for the value of S$10Million each.

 

Being productive and result oriented together with our exemplary services we are achieving new environmental cleaning benchmarks.  Many of our established clients are very satisfied and impressed with our tailored and well-designed systems, procedures and schedules thus, they have chosen to retain our services for many years.

  • Midlink Plaza, The Riverwalk, Iluma and Hwa Chong JC Institution, have also renewed their contract with us.
